Gina Grimaldi, an adjunct instructor in Renaissance drama and composition since 2011 in the department of English at , was recently named coordinator of the Beren Writing Center, where she will mentor the student tutors and supervise the Center鈥檚 daily operations. She was also awarded a lectureship.
During her time at Stern College, she has taught many composition and expository writing classes as well as thematic and period-based literature classes, such as Arthurian Legends or 17th-century British Literature.
As part of her lectureship, she will be teaching two courses each fall and three courses each spring, a mixture of Composition and Literature classes.
鈥淚 am thrilled - I love the students and English department," said Grimaldi. "I've always encouraged my classes to take advantage of the services of the Writing Center, so it's exciting to now be a part of its great work.鈥
