Daniel Pollack, professor at the Wurzweiler School of Social Work, and Toby G. Kleinman, a lawyer and instructor at Nova Southeastern University, have co-authored , published this year by Oxford University Press.
Pollack describes the book as a guide for mental health professionals, attorneys, and lay readers through the judicial process 鈥渟o that decisions are truly made in the best interest of children.鈥 The authors explain how all the puzzle pieces of the judicial process fit together鈥攋udges, attorneys, mental health experts, children, spouses鈥攁nd how to overcome many of the obstacles encountered along the way.
