Dr. Moses Pava, dean of and Alvin H. Einbender Chair in Business Ethics, will have his concepts of 鈥渃ovenantal leadership鈥 discussed in depth in the next issue of the Gradazio Business Review of Pepperdine University (Los Angeles, California).
According to Dr. Cam Caldwell, the author of the article, 鈥淐ovenantal leadership, the heart of Pava鈥檚 philosophy, reflects the Old Testament theme of a shared community. Implicit in covenantal leadership is the concept that lives are interconnected and that one鈥檚 responsibilities extend to a larger society and contain an array of moral responsibilities.鈥
