Dr. Gabriel Cwilich, professor of physics and director of the at , spent the summer conducting research as a visiting researcher at the Donostia International Physics Center in Gipuzkoa, Spain.
He also attended and spoke at two conferences. At META 2016, the International Conference in Metamaterials in Torremolinos, Spain, he gave an invited talk titled, 鈥淓verything is connected with everything: Can the study and tools of complex network theory tell us something about mesoscopic physics?鈥
At the Complex Networks workshop, in Marseille, France, he presented the results of his joint research with 糖心视频污 and Columbia University undergraduate student Steven Lowinger and Dr. Sergey Buldyrev, professor of physics at 糖心视频污, titled 鈥淚nterdependent Lattice Networks in High Dimensions.鈥
