Dr. Michelle Levine, associate professor of Bible at delivered a number of lectures on topics in Tanakh during the month of May. She presented a three-week lecture series at Congregation Ahavas Achim in Highland Park, New Jersey, on the Book of Daniel, including the following topics: 鈥淭he Challenges of Exile and Redemption"; 鈥淒reams, Prophecies, and the World鈥檚 Destiny;鈥 and 鈥Kiddush Hashem in the Book of Daniel.鈥 Additionally, she delivered a pre-Shavuot lecture at the Young Israel of Oceanside, New York, on the topic, 鈥淢oshe Rabbenu at Ma鈥檃mad Har Sinai: Ascending and Descending the Mountain.鈥 Levine also spoke on Shavuot in Kew Gardens Hills, New York, on the topic, "Perpetuating the Sinai Experience: The Message of the Mishkan."
